Services
Damac ELD provides a technology platform designed to support fleet operations and compliance workflows. The platform is provided as-is. Carriers remain responsible for confirming applicable regulatory requirements for their operations.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damac ELD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
